What you need:
-Russet Potato: 2
-Oil Olive: 2 Tsp
-Thyme: 4-6 Sprigs
-Rosemary: 2 Sprigs Chopped
-Salt/Pepper: To Taste
-Garlic: 2 Cloves Minced
-Optional: Cheese, Champagne
What to do:
Cut your potato in half length wise. Then cut the half length wise again. (So you end up with four pieces.) Cut into 1/4 sticks.
Put the fries into a medium size bowl of water, rinse and let sit for 5 mins. Strain fries and pat dry.
In a bowl add oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Add fries and toss.
Spray air fryer with non-stick spray, cook on 375 for 14-16 mins, or until golden brown. Toss halfway through the cooking process. (Do in batches depending on size of your air fryer)
When done season with salt, pepper, and thyme pieces. Optional top with cheese as well, I used Cojita.
